Wedding in Fethiye with Your Wedding Planner in Fethiye
Bespoke wedding planning in Fethiye, from venue selection through event-day delivery.
Plan a wedding in Fethiye around your family, guests and chosen venue, not a generic package. As your wedding planner in Fethiye, Ramarossi coordinates the agreed venue search, creative design, suppliers, guest programme and event delivery for international couples. We begin with the right location and a workable plan.

Planning a Wedding in Fethiye Starts Before the Decoration.
Fethiye offers a striking coastal setting, but the same wedding cannot simply be lifted from a photograph and installed at any property. A waterfront hotel, a hillside villa, a private garden and a restaurant with sea views provide different structures, surfaces, guest routes and supplier facilities. We first establish what your wedding needs to do, then identify spaces that could realistically support it.
Couples often approach Ramarossi asking for a floral arch, a DJ or a complete package before deciding on a venue. We discuss those ideas, but do not price or promise the finished decoration in isolation. The chosen space determines the installation footprint, what can be fixed to the surface, power supply, sound arrangements, furniture access and what backdrop actually appears behind the ceremony.
We begin with your preferred date, approximate guest count, budget context, cultural priorities, accommodation needs and whether you want one event or several. A venue shortlist then becomes a decision about the whole wedding rather than a gallery of attractive locations. When a property is suitable and its terms are understood, we can develop design, supplier coordination and the total agreed proposal around it.
Choose the setting that can host your wedding first. Design the celebration for that real space second.

Why Work With a Wedding Planner in Fethiye?
For a couple organising a destination wedding from abroad, a venue brochure rarely answers every operational question. Where do guests arrive? Can larger vehicles reach the entrance? Which suppliers can enter the property, and at what hours? Where can a ceremony, seated dinner and dancing fit without competing for the same floor area? A wedding planning company should raise these questions before commitments become difficult to change.
Ramarossi approaches Fethiye as a full wedding-planning project. We connect the venue shortlist, creative direction, catering discussions, photography, entertainment, production schedules, accommodation considerations and the event-day running order, according to the services agreed for your celebration. The objective is not to sell a single resort package; it is to identify a workable model for your family, programme and budget.
For international couples, continuity also matters. A decision to move the ceremony can alter the floral structure, photography route, guest pickup and sound setup. If these are planned in separate conversations, small changes can create larger problems. A consistent planning lead keeps the agreed decisions connected and communicates how one change affects the rest.
Ramarossi is based in Antalya and plans weddings across Turkey, including Fethiye. Founder Hakan Turan leads the company’s full-planning work, with the appropriate team and local suppliers involved according to the wedding. Planning support does not replace the venue, its staff, the transport operator or other individual suppliers.

Full-Service Wedding Planning in Fethiye, Connected From Start to Finish
Ramarossi organises bespoke destination weddings, not decoration-only appointments or fixed hotel bundles. The planning scope is shaped by your selected venue, the guest experience you want and the complexity of the celebration. The goal is one coordinated wedding rather than a collection of suppliers operating independently.
Venue search and suitability
Compare venue models and shortlisted properties for guest capacity in the real layout, event spaces, access, venue rules, backup options and commercial terms.
Creative direction and flowers
Develop ceremony design, floral direction, reception styling and furniture choices only after the actual space and installation conditions are understood.
Suppliers and production
Coordinate suitable catering, photography, entertainment, lighting, sound, staging and production suppliers within the scope agreed for your event.
Guest accommodation and transfers
Connect the guest-hotel map with arrival plans, wedding-day pickup points and return arrangements where those services form part of the project.
Cultural and multi-day programmes
Plan separate gatherings, ceremonies and receptions around your family’s actual traditions, privacy needs, food expectations and event timetable.
On-site wedding delivery
Coordinate agreed suppliers, installation access, timing, the event running order and practical wedding-day communication at the property.
Full-service planning begins with decisions that belong together. We establish what you have already booked, what remains open, who is travelling, the number and type of hosted events, and the budget direction. A venue with its own catering, in-house technical team and rooms requires a different coordination plan from a villa where nearly every event element needs separate sourcing and delivery.
We plan the ceremony, reception and surrounding guest programme as one production. A reception timetable must allow for dinner service, speeches, entertainment, equipment changes and guest returns. Floral installations must be accessible for build and removal. The resulting project scope follows these real constraints rather than assuming every component is automatically possible anywhere.

Ramarossi is the planning and coordination company. Venue services and independent supplier commitments remain subject to their own terms and your agreed project scope.
Why Your Fethiye Wedding Planner Checks the Venue First
We compare the physical and operating suitability of a property against your brief. Beautiful photographs can start the conversation; they cannot confirm that a venue can hold your ceremony, dinner, dancing and guest programme in the spaces you need.
Hotel or resort
Check the ceremony location, function rooms, room requirements, exclusivity, catering, suppliers and realistic wet-weather alternatives.
Beach or waterfront
Confirm whether an event can take place in the particular space, the usable surface, weather exposure, guest access and sound arrangements.
Villa or private property
Assess permission for events, usable floor plan, preparation areas, catering facilities, staffing, delivery routes and return transport.
Garden or private venue
Compare privacy, dining and ceremony layouts, infrastructure, weather contingency, installation windows and the real supplier brief.

Beach, Villa, Resort and Garden Weddings in Fethiye
Wedding planning in Fethiye may involve a waterfront ceremony, a hotel reception, a private garden or an intimate property overlooking the hills. The right model is the one that works for the actual people, supplier setup and event programme, not necessarily the one that looks most dramatic on a screen.
Seaside and beach-inspired weddings
A coastal setting can give the ceremony a strong sense of place, but the surface, wind, public or private access, supplier transport and evening programme require confirmation. We design within the areas the property actually permits for an event.
Private villas and intimate retreats
A villa can be attractive for privacy or a series of smaller gatherings. It is not automatically an authorised or equipped event venue. Catering, toilets, electricity, noise, access and accommodation conditions must fit the actual group.
Hotels and resort celebrations
An established hospitality property may connect rooms, service teams and indoor backup with the wedding. Couples should still compare what is exclusive, what is shared, which suppliers are allowed and which facilities apply to their date.
Garden and cultural programmes
A garden or separate private venue may support a reception and cultural ceremonies. We look at ceremony and dinner footprints, lighting, food arrangements, protection from unsuitable weather and how separate events work together.

Small Weddings and Larger Celebrations in Fethiye
Guest numbers affect much more than the number of chairs. A smaller wedding can focus on privacy, an excellent dinner, relaxed photographs and meaningful time with family. A larger celebration with a full dance programme may need additional ceremony space, catering and service infrastructure, technical production, longer setup windows and a different approach to guest transport.
We do not determine venue suitability from a published maximum capacity alone. A dining area might seat a certain number of people but become too tight once a dance floor, Sofreh Aghd, stage, band or additional service stations are added. A villa may photograph as spacious while much of its garden is unsuitable for a seated event. The usable plan must reflect your particular programme.
What we establish before recommending the model
- Likely attendees at each part of the wedding and any children or mobility needs
- Separate ceremony, dinner, dancing and cultural-event footprints
- Where guests will stay and how they will reach the selected property
- Indoor or covered alternatives for the real layout, not only the guest count
- Food service, technical equipment, suppliers, staffing and access
Wedding Planning in Fethiye: Choosing the Right Part of the Region
Fethiye is not one interchangeable collection of beachfront venues. The town and harbour, Çalış, Ölüdeniz, Hisarönü, Ovacık and Kayaköy offer different accommodation patterns, arrival routes and event settings. The relevant decision is whether a specific property suits the group and programme, not whether an area has the most recognisable photograph.
A celebration near Ölüdeniz may align with guests who want a beach-holiday base, while a suitable property in Kayaköy can offer a different atmosphere and privacy. A town-centre base may suit guests who value independence between hosted events. A venue and hotel cluster in different areas can still work, but it creates a clearer responsibility for pickup points, transfer schedules and return arrangements.
We use your guest list, accommodation expectations, date and celebration style to decide which areas belong on the shortlist. After that, the individual venue and its confirmed conditions matter more than any general destination ranking. For guests visiting Fethiye for the first time, this helps avoid a good-looking venue becoming a difficult weekend journey.

When Is the Best Time for a Wedding in Fethiye?
There is no single ideal wedding month for every couple. Outdoor celebrations depend on the property, expected conditions, comfortable ceremony timing and whether an indoor alternative can genuinely support the whole programme. A seaside ceremony and a formal indoor reception may have very different requirements even on the same date.
For warmer periods, consider the route guests walk in their formal clothes, shade, water service, the amount of waiting before the ceremony and when the outdoor areas become comfortable. Wind can affect floral structures, microphones, decorative elements and hair styling. A setting that photographs well at sunset may still need a workable setup schedule earlier in the day.
In cooler or more changeable periods, the quality of the backup arrangement becomes especially important. A room cannot be treated as sufficient simply because the venue has indoor space: it must handle your real guest count, ceremony furniture, cultural features, catering and entertainment. The programme may need a different sequence if the ceremony moves inside.
Planning a Wedding in Fethiye From Abroad
When guests travel to Fethiye, the wedding weekend depends on more than the reception venue. Dalaman Airport is a common arrival point, but guest journeys then depend on the exact hotel or villa address and the time of arrival. Families can be split across Ölüdeniz, Kayaköy, the centre or other nearby locations if everyone books independently.
We consider the accommodation pattern before finalising a transfer plan. A group staying together can simplify pickups, while guests in several places may need routes arranged by area. Larger vehicles might not reach every private property, so suitable stopping points and the last part of the journey need real checks with the venue and operator.
One connected guest programme
Accommodation and guest transport are part of the wedding schedule, not separate arrangements left for the last week. For a ceremony away from guests’ hotels, we map where people should meet, how long boarding might take and where they arrive at the venue. The reverse journey should include a sensible plan for relatives who leave early and those who stay for the full reception.
Why We Do Not Send the Same Wedding Package to Every Couple.
A couple planning an intimate dinner for close family and a couple hosting several cultural events for a larger group do not require the same wedding proposal. Venue, guest count, preferred dates, food and beverage arrangements, ceremony structure, design, entertainment, accommodation and transport can all change the scope.
Even when two couples show the same floral inspiration photo, the resulting installation may be very different. A villa courtyard can have a different working surface, power provision and backdrop from a resort garden. Wind exposure, supplier delivery routes, assembly time and whether equipment can be secured to the property all influence what can actually be built.
For that reason, Ramarossi first needs your wedding brief and a suitable venue direction. We can discuss design taste, service priorities and budget early, but detailed decoration and production choices are developed around the selected property. We do not offer automatic Silver, Gold or Platinum levels that supposedly suit every couple.
Our proposal describes the agreed total scope and what is included. Where independent suppliers or venues set their own terms, those terms are checked for the relevant event. If the couple later changes dates, venue, headcount or programme, the cost and scope may need a revised written agreement. A useful proposal is specific enough to support real decisions.

Wedding in Fethiye Cost: What Shapes Your Proposal?
Before comparing quotations, make sure they describe equivalent celebrations. The price of an event space alone cannot be compared with a proposal that also includes catering, staffing, furniture, flowers, entertainment, production and coordination. We help couples identify the decisions that change what the complete wedding needs.
Guest count and hosted hospitality
Numbers affect meals, drinks, seating, staffing, furniture and potentially transport or rooms. Decide which guest expenses the couple intends to host and which guests book independently.
Venue terms and number of events
A hotel reception and a villa celebration may include different services. Welcome dinners, cultural events and farewell gatherings each have their own venue and supplier requirements.
Design and event production
Structures, florals, furniture, staging, sound, lighting, installation labour and the venue’s available infrastructure can all change after the actual space is assessed.
Travel and supplier coordination
Guest transfer arrangements, supplier delivery routes, accommodation, timing and any additional supplier travel have to be considered according to the locations and agreed services.
An early working budget is useful, but a meaningful detailed total follows a defined brief, the selected venue and actual venue and supplier proposals. We do not present an average online figure as the price of your wedding, and we do not assume that extras shown in a photograph are included.

A Real Wedding in Fethiye: Sahar and Fahad's Three-Day Pakistani Wedding
In September 2026, Sahar and Fahad, a couple from Toronto, held their wedding at a private villa in Kayaköy, Fethiye. It was a wedding in Fethiye for 45 guests from Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Pakistan, and our planning with the couple started twelve months ahead.
The celebration ran over three days in the same villa garden: a welcome dinner with a live BBQ on 23 September, a Mehndi night on 24 September, and on 25 September the Nikah from 11:00 to 13:00 and a reception by the pool in the evening. Each event had its own set-up: a long table with white flowers for the welcome dinner, U-shaped tables with lanterns for the Mehndi, a white floral arch for the Nikah, and two long tables either side of the pool, with chandeliers, for the reception.
At this villa, everything for the four events had to be brought in. Our team brought and styled all the décor and florals, and took care of the catering for all four events, the DJ and sound, photography, video and drone, the henna artist, hair and makeup, and round-trip airport transfers for the guests. A garden that looks right in photos still has to hold the guests, the tables, the DJ and the catering, and that is worth checking before you commit to a property.
See the whole wedding on our page about Pakistani weddings in Turkey, or read our guide to Pakistani Mehndi night traditions and décor.

Multicultural Weddings in Fethiye, Planned Around Your Traditions.
Ramarossi works with international couples whose weddings may combine different cultural traditions, languages and expectations. Persian, Lebanese, Indian, Pakistani, British, Russian and other families do not all want the same ceremonies, food or party format. We begin by asking what matters to the couple and their relatives rather than assigning a ready-made cultural package.
A Sofreh Aghd may need a clear ceremony footprint, appropriate seating and a suitable background for family photographs. A Mehndi, Sangeet or henna gathering may involve a different venue area, food service and entertainment arrangement from the main wedding. A lively Lebanese or other dance-led reception calls for a suitable floor plan, sound setup and a venue whose actual operating terms support the proposed programme.
Privacy expectations, food requirements and religious or cultural elements should be raised during venue selection. We do not assume a hotel can provide a particular catering certification or ceremony facility without confirmation from the actual provider. Our responsibility is to connect the agreed cultural programme with suitable spaces, suppliers and an achievable timetable.
How Ramarossi Plans Your Wedding in Fethiye.
Each project is tailored, but the sequence is deliberate. We establish the wedding requirements and identify a venue that can support them before finalising detailed decoration, suppliers and event production.
Understand your priorities
Discuss dates, guest numbers, family traditions, budget direction and which parts of the celebration matter most.
Find the venue fit
Compare shortlisted properties, event footprints, guest access, operating conditions and backup options.
Agree scope and design
Develop the venue-specific concept, proposal, supplier requirements and an integrated guest programme.
Coordinate and deliver
Manage the agreed production, supplier timings, event schedule and on-site wedding-day coordination.

How to Choose the Right Wedding Planner in Fethiye
The most useful questions about a wedding planner in Fethiye are not how many ideas appear on an inspiration board, but who will organise and deliver the work. Ask how a venue shortlist is built, who will check the usable ceremony and reception spaces, when detailed decoration can be quoted and how supplier access is managed.
Look for clarity about the full planning role. A property may have an excellent in-house events team, but that does not always mean one person is connecting accommodation, a cultural welcome night, independent suppliers and the main wedding programme. Conversely, a wedding planner should not pretend to control the venue or replace the service providers whose work they coordinate.
Questions worth asking any planner
- Who is the main contact throughout planning and on the wedding day?
- How will the venue be assessed against the ceremony and reception programme?
- Which services and suppliers are inside the agreed planning scope?
- How will accommodation, cultural events and guest transfers be handled?
- When can a detailed design and complete proposal realistically be agreed?
Your Wedding Planner in Fethiye. Founded in Antalya. Personally Led.
Hakan Turan founded Ramarossi in Antalya in 2011 and leads the company’s full wedding-planning work. International couples can discuss their wedding expectations with a planning company that treats venue selection, design and delivery as parts of the same project rather than unrelated purchases.
Ramarossi is based in Antalya and also works as a wedding planner in Antalya for celebrations in the city itself.
Ramarossi does not own wedding venues in Fethiye or operate every outside supplier. We coordinate the elements included in the agreed planning scope, working with suitable properties and service providers for the chosen event. The venue and each supplier are responsible for their own facilities, written terms and services.
Our approach is deliberately venue-first. A preferred floral backdrop may be wonderful, but the actual ceremony space and its permitted installation method must be checked before the design can be fixed. The guest hotels influence transfers; the cultural programme influences venue suitability; and the event finish and guest departure need to match the available arrangements.

Wedding in Fethiye: Questions Couples Ask Before They Book.
Answers to important questions before choosing a venue or requesting a detailed planning proposal. Each property and supplier must confirm its own terms for your date.
Can Ramarossi plan our wedding in Fethiye if we live abroad?
Yes. Ramarossi coordinates destination wedding planning for international couples. We begin with your preferred date, guest count, budget context, cultural priorities and venue status, then discuss the agreed planning scope and the decisions that need attention first.
Should we choose a venue before contacting a wedding planner in Fethiye?
It is often more useful to speak before paying a deposit. Venue layout, ceremony and dinner spaces, supplier policies, accommodation expectations, event permission and weather alternatives can materially change what can be arranged.
How much does a wedding planner in Fethiye cost?
A reliable total depends on the wedding date, number of guests, venue, number of events, design direction, supplier requirements and agreed services. Ramarossi builds a customised proposal, with one total, for the agreed wedding scope, so share your details and the proposal can reflect the wedding you actually want in Fethiye.
Does Ramarossi offer fixed wedding packages in Fethiye?
No. Proposals are developed for the specific couple, date, venue, guest count, event programme and agreed services. A complete design and production proposal depends on understanding the actual location; no standard tier fits every wedding.
Can Ramarossi plan a beach wedding in Ölüdeniz?
We can discuss beach or waterfront ceremony options, but suitability depends on the particular property, permitted event area, access, weather and other operating terms. A public beach view does not by itself guarantee permission for an exclusive ceremony.
Are private villas suitable for weddings around Fethiye?
Some properties may suit events, but others do not. Event permission, usable floor plan, catering facilities, supplier deliveries, power, sound rules, accommodation and access must be confirmed with the individual property before a wedding is promised there.
Can you coordinate a Persian, Lebanese, Indian or Pakistani programme?
Within the agreed scope, we can plan the event format around the traditions your family wants, subject to the venue and suppliers supporting the actual spaces, catering, privacy, ceremony and entertainment arrangements. We never assume every couple from one culture wants the same programme.
Is Dalaman Airport the normal arrival point for Fethiye wedding guests?
Dalaman Airport is a common arrival point for the area. Which flights and transport arrangement make sense depends on where guests are travelling from and their accommodation addresses. Transfers are planned using confirmed details and operator terms.
Where should our Fethiye wedding guests stay?
The best accommodation base depends on the chosen venue, guest preferences and number of hosted events. Ölüdeniz, Kayaköy and Fethiye Centre create different guest journeys; room terms and access must be checked with each property.
Can we hold a welcome night and the main wedding in different venues?
Possibly. We first consider the total guest movement and how much repeated travel the programme would require. When two venues genuinely improve the experience, the transfer and timetable need to be planned and agreed with the relevant properties.
Can a wedding in Fethiye continue with music or an after-party late into the night?
Do not assume a uniform finish time for every Fethiye property. Music, sound and late-event conditions are venue-specific and may be subject to wider rules or permissions. Ask the relevant venue to confirm the proposed programme before booking.
Will we receive an exact price at the first enquiry?
An initial conversation can establish budget direction, but a reliable detailed total requires a clear event brief, a suitable venue direction and actual supplier and property conditions. Ramarossi provides a bespoke proposal for the agreed scope, not an automatic universal price.
What details should we send when enquiring?
Your preferred dates, approximate guest count, destination or preferred area, venue status, number of events, budget context, family traditions and main priorities are a useful start. If you have already booked accommodation or a venue, include those details too.
Tell Us What You Imagine for Your Wedding in Fethiye.
Share your preferred date, approximate guest count, venue status, budget context, cultural priorities and the kind of celebration you want. We can then discuss a realistic venue direction and the full-planning scope that fits your wedding.
