Depending on the enquiry and the services requested, information may include names and contact details; wedding dates, locations, guest numbers and budgets; messages and planning preferences; supplier and accommodation requirements; contract details; and company-invoice or bank-transfer records.

Where relevant to agreed arrangements, clients may voluntarily provide information about their guests, dietary or accessibility needs, or cultural and religious ceremony preferences. Some of this may be sensitive personal data requiring additional legal safeguards. We ask clients to share only information relevant to the requested service and to respect the privacy of other people.

3. Why We Process Information

We use relevant personal data to respond to wedding enquiries; assess venues and practical requirements; prepare personalised proposals; carry out signed wedding-planning agreements; coordinate necessary suppliers and guest arrangements; manage communications; issue official company invoices; maintain accounting records; protect website security; and meet applicable legal obligations.

Processing takes place only where a lawful condition applies under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), including, as applicable, steps requested before entering a contract, contract performance, legal obligations, establishing or protecting rights, legitimate interests within legal limits, or explicit consent where required. Sensitive information is subject to the additional requirements of the law.

4. Who May Receive Information

When reasonably necessary for the agreed services, relevant details may be shared with wedding venues, hotels, catering and event suppliers, photographers, transport providers and other participants in wedding delivery. Information may also be processed by banks, accountants, professional advisers, website hosting and communication providers, or competent authorities where legally required.

Some providers and recipients may process information outside Türkiye. Any international transfer must meet the requirements of applicable data-protection law. Ramarossi does not sell personal information.

5. Security, Retention and Wedding Media

We use appropriate organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal data and limit access to authorised purposes. Data is kept for the period necessary for the relevant activity and applicable legal retention obligations, with more detailed categories described in our Privacy Policy.

Identifiable wedding photographs and video are not automatically authorised for Ramarossi advertising, social media or portfolio use by booking our services. Promotional use is subject to separate media consent, consistent with our wedding-planning agreement.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, individuals may request information about whether and why their personal data is processed; learn relevant recipient categories; request correction or deletion; object to qualifying solely automated decisions; and seek remedies for unlawful processing.
