Wedding Booking Information & Terms

Every Ramarossi wedding is personally planned around the couple, with a clear written agreement, payments to our registered company bank account and official invoices.

How Wedding Bookings Work

  1. Tell us about your wedding. Share your preferred date, guest count, destination, expectations, cultural priorities and budget.
  2. Receive your personalised proposal. Ramarossi develops the wedding plan and service scope around your requirements and the selected venue.
  3. Sign your agreement and arrange payment. The wedding date and contracted services are secured in accordance with the signed agreement and its initial-payment requirements.

Ramarossi does not currently provide online checkout or accept wedding payments through this website.

Payments to the Company Account & Invoices

All wedding payments are made by bank transfer directly to a company bank account held in Ramarossi’s registered legal name. We do not request wedding payments to personal bank accounts. Official bank details are provided to each client as part of the booking process, rather than published on this page.

Ramarossi issues an official company invoice (fatura) for every payment received. The total price, payment stages, included services and applicable taxes are specified in the individual written agreement.

Bespoke Services and Agreed Pricing

Ramarossi provides full-service destination wedding planning and coordination in Antalya and across Türkiye. Every proposal is tailored to the couple’s date, guest count, venue, event programme, cultural requirements and design priorities. We do not sell one fixed wedding package to every couple.

The signed Destination Wedding Planning Services Agreement and its service attachment describe what is included, the total investment and each party’s responsibilities. Additional services or changes to the agreed scope require written confirmation.

Changes, Cancellation and Postponement

Payment deadlines, guest-count changes, cancellation conditions and postponement arrangements are set out in each couple’s individually signed agreement. Requests should be communicated in writing. The application of these terms remains subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights.

Where a wedding is arranged remotely, relevant distance-contract and consumer-protection rules may also apply. This information page does not replace the individual agreement or any legally required pre-contract disclosures.
