Ramarossi is a destination wedding planning company based in Antalya, Turkey, established in 2011 by Hakan Turan, Founder, Owner and Lead Planner. We create bespoke, full-service weddings for international couples across Turkey, with one planning lead connecting the venue, design, suppliers and event delivery.

Before establishing Ramarossi, Hakan Turan gained wedding-planning experience in Bali. Working with couples away from home strengthened his interest in cross-cultural celebrations and showed him how important reliable local planning support is for a destination wedding.
Ramarossi was established in Antalya in 2011 with a simple aim: couples should be able to spend more of their wedding experience with their guests while the planning team handles the operational details behind the event.
Hakan Turan
Hakan Turan is the Founder, Owner and Lead Planner of Ramarossi and remains directly involved in the company’s planning work. His approach combines practical event logistics, creative design and an understanding that an international wedding has to work for more than one culture, family and set of expectations.
Ramarossi works with clients in English, Turkish and Persian and has experience planning weddings for British, Russian, Persian, Lebanese, Pakistani, Indian and Gulf Arab couples and families.

Full Wedding Planning, From Start to Finish

Every Wedding Is Customised
We do not apply one fixed package to every wedding. Each proposal is built around the date, guest count, venue, expectations, cultural requirements, design level, event programme and agreed budget.
Design is developed for the chosen venue, not before its layout, architecture, available spaces and operating conditions are understood.
Clear Scope and One Total Proposal
Ramarossi uses a flat-fee, one-total-proposal model for the agreed wedding scope. If that scope later changes, additions or amendments are documented in writing.
Experience Across Cultures
Multicultural weddings are part of Ramarossi’s core planning experience. We have planned celebrations for British, Russian, Persian, Lebanese, Pakistani, Indian and Gulf Arab couples and families.
Where relevant, weddings may include a Sofreh Aghd, Mehndi, Nikah, Dabke or a multi-day event programme. The traditions, guest experience and venue requirements are discussed from the beginning rather than assumed from a standard format.
Destinations & Practical Experience
Ramarossi is based in Antalya and plans weddings across Turkey, including Antalya, Istanbul, Bodrum, Fethiye, Cappadocia, Kalkan and Kaş. The destination and venue are evaluated against the wedding’s guest count, budget, cultural requirements and preferred celebration format.
Access, layout, ceremony and reception spaces, supplier conditions and setup windows can change the entire design.
Venue model, guest count and design choices must fit the agreed priorities and overall budget.
Starting around twelve months ahead can increase flexibility, although shorter timelines may also be possible.

Why we assess the layout before fixing the design
On another Antalya project, a couple had already reserved a villa that initially appeared large enough. Once ceremony rows, the aisle, structure and circulation areas were mapped, the available outdoor footprint did not meet their intended ceremony plan.
That experience is why Ramarossi looks at how an actual wedding will fit a venue before advising on detailed decoration, supplier setup or event flow.
