Before establishing Ramarossi, Hakan Turan gained wedding-planning experience in Bali. Working with couples away from home strengthened his interest in cross-cultural celebrations and showed him how important reliable local planning support is for a destination wedding.
He was also drawn to the creative side of the work: bringing together people from different cultures, building a celebration around the couple, and translating an idea into a real event. Ramarossi was established in Antalya in 2011 with a simple aim: couples should be able to spend more of their wedding experience with their guests while the planning team handles the operational details behind the event.

Hakan Turan is the Founder, Owner and Lead Planner of Ramarossi and remains directly involved in the company’s planning work. His approach combines practical event logistics, creative design and an understanding that an international wedding has to work for more than one culture, family and set of expectations.

What Full Wedding Planning Means at Ramarossi
Ramarossi coordinates the moving parts that have to work together for the wedding. Depending on the agreed scope, this can include:

- wedding planning, schedules and production timelines;
- event concept and design development;
- supplier arrangements selected for the specific wedding;
- production coordination and setup;
- wedding-day and event execution on site;
- guest accommodation support;

Supplier teams can vary from one wedding to another. The appropriate florist, photographer, entertainment, production or other supplier depends on the wedding’s culture, budget, location, venue, design and technical requirements. For full-planning projects, Ramarossi follows a lead-planner model so the same planning lead stays with the project from the main planning decisions through event delivery. Ramarossi coordinates the process; it is not the venue, a law firm, a licensing authority or the direct supplier of every service.
Every Wedding Is Customised
Some couples first contact Ramarossi asking us to send a package. We do not apply one fixed package to every wedding. Instead, each proposal is built around the date, guest count, venue, expectations, cultural requirements, design level, event programme and agreed budget.
The design can be customised across the ceremony and reception, including floral direction, ceremony flowers, reception centrepieces, chairs, tables, linens, napkins, charger plates and other styling elements. These are selected around the chosen concept and venue rather than copied from a standard catalogue combination.
Customised does not mean unlimited. It means the wedding scope is built for that couple before the proposal is agreed, so the design and operational plan are based on the event they actually want to create.
Clear Scope and One Total Proposal
Ramarossi uses a flat-fee, one-total-proposal model for the agreed wedding scope. Once the scope is agreed, the proposal states the total price for the agreed services, wedding elements, supplier arrangements and applicable taxes included in that scope.
The aim is that the couple can understand the agreed wedding total from the outset rather than having to build the final figure from a series of separate service, supplier and tax additions.
The qualification is important: the price applies to the agreed scope. If the guest count, design, event programme, venue requirements, services or other agreed elements change, the price can change as well. Those changes are documented clearly through written amendments or extras.

Multicultural weddings are part of Ramarossi’s core planning experience, not an add-on service. We have planned celebrations for British, Russian, Persian, Lebanese, Pakistani, Indian and Gulf Arab couples and families.
Where relevant to the couple, a wedding programme may include elements such as a Sofreh Aghd, Mehndi, Nikah ceremony, Dabke or a multi-day sequence of events. Cultural requirements can affect ceremony layout, timing, music, food and service expectations, guest flow, design and the structure of the wider wedding programme.
Ramarossi discusses those requirements early because they can influence the venue choice and planning structure. We work with each couple and family on the traditions that matter to them rather than assuming that every wedding from the same culture should follow the same format.

Starting around twelve months ahead gives you more flexibility
In Ramarossi’s experience, beginning planning around twelve months before the event generally gives
couples more flexibility over venue dates, planning-team availability, supplier options and major planning
decisions.
Weddings can also be organised on shorter timelines. A later enquiry simply means that some preferred
dates, venues or suppliers may no longer be available and decisions may need to move faster.
Guest count, venue, design and budget have to fit each other
One recurring planning problem is a mismatch between guest count, venue expectations, design ambitions,
event programme and the available budget.
A planner’s role is to build the most suitable combination around the couple’s priorities and agreed budget.
When the original expectation and budget do not align, the practical options may include reducing the guest
count, changing the venue model, simplifying selected design or production elements, or increasing the
budget. The right decision depends on what matters most to that couple.
Choose the venue with the wedding plan in mind
Some couples choose and contract a venue before involving their planner. Sometimes the venue suits the
wedding perfectly. In other cases, venue-specific operating conditions only become important later, when
the couple begins planning the event in detail.
Examples can include setup access, setup timing, supplier access, event timing, available spaces,
technical restrictions and the way guests move between parts of the venue. These conditions vary from
property to property and should be confirmed in writing with the specific venue for the specific event.
Ramarossi therefore prefers to understand the couple’s wedding expectations first and assess potential
venues against those requirements before a final venue decision is made. This is operational planning
